Our villa on the Hacienda del Alamo golf resort is located next to the town of Fuente Alamo in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The resort occupies a stunning 550 hectare site with the mountains of the Sierra Espuna National Park as a back drop. The park is Spain’s largest nature reserve, an ideal place for walking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the tranquillity. The golf resort is situated in the Costa Calida coastal areas of Mazarron and the Mar Menor, ideally located for beach and water sport lovers. The larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena are a 30minutes drive away for those seeking an extensive selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a wide selection of golf course in Murcia the La Manga Golf and Desert Springs golf course are within travelling distance. The Costa Calida area has fabulous beaches to choose from, making this area an ideal holiday destination. Car hire is recommended as the golf resort is in a rural location.
